These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please find enclosed herewith our basic shipping & delivery terms.
1. Shipping Cost
We are providing Free Shipping on or above Rs 599 for every Prepaid Order. For COD Orders above Rs 599, a mere charge of Rs 99 is chargeable. Billing for shipping (in case it is applicable) will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price to the customer.
- We ship Products using either through Self Ship by our internal team or 3rd Party Logistic Service Provider.
- Long holiday might delay the order by 2 to 4 days.
- Shipment might get delayed due to any natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
- We do not take any responsibility of delivery made to customer’s friends or relatives or 3rd party addresses.
- If the customer refuse to accept an order and later wish to get it delivered again, the customer will have to pay DTO (Deliver to Origin) charge along with delivery charges for 2nd delivery as per the actuals.

Pack all the returned items, along a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
3.1 RETURN DUE TO CHANGE IN MIND
JoyGlobal Commerce LLP will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. In this case, Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. In case you are unable to ship it yourself, we can arrange the same for you and charges will be borne by the Customer. Once return are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to Original Payment Method or Store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Kindly Note that we will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 IN CASE YOU HAVE RECEIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM JOYGLOBAL :
The team will investigate the same. Once approved, The Return will be Picked up from your Shipping Address. The Shipping Cost will be Borne by JoyGlobal.
3.3 IN CASE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT :
The refund will be issued only if the Product is unused. Also, the shipping charges paid in the original order are not refundable. Also if the product has been used, then the refund will not be issued and we request you to keep the product. If the product is still sent back, then in that case refund will not be issued and the product will be disposed off permanently and cannot be resent/claimed back.

In case you are Unable to Ship it from your end, we will arrange for a Pickup and the Return Shipping Charges will be Adjusted from the Refund.
You will receive an email after we receive your Item/s . Then Quality Check is done. If the product passes through the quality check, then Refund will be Initiated and expect to receive the refund in 4-7 Business days depending upon the payment mode.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
- In general, Domestic shipments are delivered within 2 – 7 Business Days.
4.2 Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order.
- Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday Morning 10 AM to 7PM, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
- For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 Items Out Of Stock
- If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. In case the client is not ready to wait, we can cancel the particular item and intiate a refund for the same. The information regarding Out of Stock will be intimated to the customer before Dispatch. In case there are any changes required or change in Order, the customer has the full right to get the changes done.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
- If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
- Upon Dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link on the Registered Contact Number and Email ID from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
- If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
GOODS AND SERVICE TAX (GST) has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website/Mobile Application.
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
