Cancellation Policy, Returns and Refunds
JoyGlobal believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- JoyGlobal does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items that come under edible category like Icing colours, Sugar paste, eatables etc.
- In case of Customer Cancellations, a Charge of 15% will be Levied on the Invoice Amount.
- In case of Seller Cancellations, No Charges will be Levied on the Customer.
- After the order is processed/shipped : A Charge of 15% on the Invoice Value would be levied in case Order is cancelled by the user. Along with that, Customer will have to pay both forward and return shipping cost to seller for replacement/cancellation/return.
- Seller can cancel order on account of non-availability of stock or any other reason
- In case of Natural Calamities/Strike or any Unforeseen Conditions, we can cancel an order by confirming with the Customer.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return of your purchase can be initiated by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org any time within 30 Days from the time of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for edible products.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- Reverse shipping has to be done by the consumer and shipping charges will be borne by the customer. However, if the consumer is unable to arrange for the pickup, and the company arranges the reverse pickup of the product, then reverse shipping charges will be subtracted from the Final payout. The customer must confirm the reverse shipping charges before requesting the company to arrange for the reverse pickup.
HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
A. IN CASE YOU HAVE RECEIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM JOY GLOBAL :
The Return will be Picked up from your Shipping Address. The Shipping Cost will be Borne by JoyGlobal.
B. IN CASE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT :
The refund will be issued only if the Product is unused. Also, the shipping charges paid in the original order are not refundable. So, if the product has been used, then the refund will not be issued and we request you to keep the product. If the product is still sent back, then in that case Refund will not be issued and the product will be disposed off permanently and cannot be resent/claimed back.
You need to ship the Product to our Registered Address. The Shipping Cost will be Borne by the Customer.

In case you are Unable to Ship it from your end, we will arrange for a Pickup and the Return Shipping Charges will be Adjusted from the Refund. If the Return Freight is higher than the product purchase cost, then, in that case, return pickup will not be done.
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product by JoyGlobal. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
