Wash Log Mould with hot water and soap before first use to avoid different flavours. In the first use, apply a small amount of oil or butter to the Log Mould. Wash moulds after use with soap and water, using a soft sponge. Use a soft brush to remove debris adhered to small individual mould grooves. Do not hit violently or scratch with sharp instruments. Do not use fabrics to dry moulds, preferably dry alone, or use paper towels. The Log Mould on the oven without a grill, but with caution. Do not heat directly by fire. Do not make sudden changes in temperature. Can be used safely in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Tasteless, non-toxic, dust resistant, durable, no permeate, and easy to clean.
